PAU – Pavillon des Arts
April 28 and 29, 2025

4th edition of the mobility forum

As a pillar of the economy, transport accounts for a quarter of the EU’s greenhouse gas emissions. It is therefore essential to successfully transition this sector towards defossilisation while contributing to the development of the economy, without threatening the freedom of movement that is essential to our society.

Since 2022, the European Low Carbon Mobility Forum in Pau (France) has enabled private and public stakeholders to find information and solutions to meet the challenges of deploying decarbonized or defossilized mobility:

The 4th edition of the PAU low-carbon mobility forum will be held on April 28 and 29, 2025, adopting a new format focusing on the dissemination of innovative and impactful contributions and reflections on these more topical than ever subjects.

  • Provide an exhaustive overview of the texts voted on by the EU and their operationality;

  • Connecting public and private stakeholders to promote the deployment of all necessary infrastructure;

  • Promote all low-carbon mobility solutions;

  • Supporting the transformation of sectors.

The 4th edition of the PAU low-carbon mobility forum will be held on April 28 and 29, 2025: Place Royale PAVILLON DES ARTS, PAU (France).

Edition 2025

Prior to the publication of the NEW CLEAN EUROPEAN INDUSTRIAL DEAL, and in the difficult context that European industry is currently experiencing,where uncertainties are numerous and trade tensions between major powers are exacerbated, this 4th edition of the PAU low-carbon mobility forum aims to take a clear inventory of the prospects in the field of mobility, and to present proposals to accelerate the trajectories towards carbon neutrality.

Aimed primarily at mobility stakeholders and French and European decision-makers, this forum will alternate between political panels and more technical panels.
